Help - Voices

When HyperNext Talker starts up it checks for both the installed voices and fonts so that they can be selected as shown below.

Note, on the Microsoft Windows platform some older voices may be shown as being active but if they have the wrong registery settings then HyperNext Talker might be unable to use them.
Voice Settings

The voice settings can be changed in the Voice settings window shown below. The following can be changed:

  • Voice.
  • Volume.
  • Rate.

The Speak button allows the changes to be tested.

If you have non-English voices then you will need the appropriate language font.
